How can I change product parameters?
If your product is already offered on our site and you need to fill in additional information within the product description, contact us through email sales@denevy.eu and we will help you with editation.

What are the payment options?
Payments are made online through payment gateways. In the case of monthly payments, the payment is availabe only by card. If you pay for a longer period of time, or if it is a one-time payment, payment is also possible by transfer to an account.

What payment gateways are available?
There are three payment gateways available for you: GoPay, Pay Pal and Bank Trasfer.

What do I need to become your partner?
If you have interesting software that you think should be offered to the public and placed on Markeptlace, do not hesitate to ask for a partnership. Just contact us, we will check your product and then classify to the appropriate product category. Within the affiliate program, you can reach several levels under certain conditions: Elite, Preffered, Enrolled, Certified

How can I promote my products on the Marketplace?
Once you are part of the affiliate program and your product is already offered on Marketplace, you have the opportunity to make your products visible for a fee. Within the Marketplace, your product can be placed at the top of the search as a "Top Product" or "Featured Product." If you are interested in this service, please contact us at sales@denevy.eu

I forgot my username and password. How can I restore it?
If you forget your login password, just click on the link "Forgot your password?" and fill in your e-mail address under which you registered in the Marketplace. You will then recieve an email to reset your password. After that, nothing will stop you from logging in to the Marketplace.
